“Cloth Tells A Story” by Marion Marzolf. Artist Profile. Shuttle, Spindle & Dyepot Magazine - Vol.XXXV No.2 Issue
Eleven noted visual artists have donated their time and talent to
create works of art for the Art
of Note project. Each artist was given a violin, unplayable
but once an instrument of beauty and creativity, as a blank canvas
on which to create a work in the distinctive style of the artist.
The artists have created a stunning collection of pieces that will
be raffled individually.
The University of Wisconsin-Madison Speakers Bureau offers community
groups around the state the expertise of over 700 faculty and staff
from one of the nation's leading research universities. These speakers
can provide stimulating presentations representing a wide range
of academic disciplines and professional specialities.
